    From this Latina straight from Los Angeles.....I miss my taco trucks n quick stops for awesome mexican food.  Today, thanks to Yelp...we found this little hole in the wall and took a chance.  It's cook is Mexicana and a real sweet heart.  The food we had was Amazing!!!  Definitely reminded me of home in Cali. Recommended for sure.  

    Tell your friends....spread the word of this little diamond in the rough.

    I have passed by this place a few times and thought I would stop in and try it out. I was the only customer in there when I ate. The lady that served me was friendly enough. She left me alone after she dropped off my order. Didn't check to see if the food was ok. Which is fine with me. Total hole in the wall joint. The food was so so. The carnitas was excellent but it almost tasted like she didn't heat up the tortillas. Or maybe because there was no heat on at this restaurant the tortilla got cold from just delivering it from the kitchen to my table. Lol. I kid u not. It's December and 0 degrees outside. I can see my breath in here. But maybe they were saving on heat since they weren't expecting any customers. And probably also why the lady went in the back to defrost over the pilot lights of the stove .

    Back to reviewing the food. The carne asada was a total disappointment. It had absolutely no flavour. Night and day from the carnitas. DO NOT ORDER THE CARNE ASADA. It didn't taste like it was seasoned. Partnered up with the cold tortillas it was super yuck. I don't know if I came on an off day or what . 3 stars for the carnitas. They were that good .

    We tried this restaurant for a large family dinner as it is under new management. The newly managed restaurant carries an authentic Mexican menu with a chef from Mexico (we got to meet him). Due to the new management, there is a lack of staff so service took a little longer than normal but the wait was definitely worth it! We tried a variety of items on the menu and everyone enjoyed their meal very much. Fresh tortillas and pico de gallo. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Mexican food in Abbotsford. Will definitely return again!

    Deeeeelishious. Homey comfortable foods.  Decent price. Muuucho large burrito.  Would eat again.  Fer shoore.
